National media attention is nothing new to builder Ron Nance who was featured on ABC’s Extreme Makeover Home Edition in 2007. Last year when the producers of The History Channel’s new series “Monument Guys” contacted Nance to ask if they could feature his buffalo on one of their episodes he was happy to oblige. Monument Guys is a new series about Brothers Steve and Mark Palmerton who own The Crucible Foundry in Norman, Oklahoma. The Crucible Foundry is nationally known for its creations of beautiful bronze statues featured all across America including Ground Zero. Their beautiful works of art pay homage to past and present hero’s and will stand the test of time for thousands of years. The first episode aired last Wednesday at 10/9 Central. The episode featuring the buffalo that roam the land to the north of Oak Ridge can be seen on History 2 Channel. We will let you know when we have a date, you won’t want to miss it!
