Steve Ward is our Controller and licensed CPA working from our corporate office. Steve has been a part of the Ron Nance team for almost 30 years. Steve works behind the scenes to ensure all of the business operations for The Oaks Development run smoothly. Steve is happily married to his wife Cindy and has a grown daughter and a grandson. Steve enjoys time with his family and Harley Davidson motorcycles.
