Vice President of Marketing & Sales

Whitney Nance Perry is the Vice President of Marketing and Sales for The Oaks Development Company and a licensed real estate Broker.

After graduating from The University of Oklahoma in 2008, with a degree in Business Management and Marketing, Whitney decided to come back to Lawton to work for the family business full time.

While in college Whitney took the opportunity to study abroad in Barcelona, Spain. While abroad, she gained invaluable knowledge about different architectural designs and styles which she implements throughout the homes in The Oaks.

Whitney enjoyed going to work with her Farther as a child and began gaining knowledge in business, design, and construction at a young age. Whitney began working in her Father’s office after school at the age of 16. She always aspired to grow up and follow in his footsteps.

Whitney’s husband, Adam Perry, is a CPA, Wealth Advisor, and owner of Barnes, Welsh & Perry in Lawton. They have a daughter and son who keep them busy and are active members at First Baptist West.

Whitney is passionate about The Oaks Development and designing a community, in Lawton, unlike any other.
